Thinking about investing in a whole house Generator? You have come to the right place. Not only are we certified Generac installers but we have certified Techs as well.

 

There’s a lot of people getting Generators installed by companies that cant fix them, and that’s a real problem since it also means they can’t warranty them either. We have heard that companies are giving our name out or telling customers to contact Generac for technical problems. But we only service Generators we install, and Generac doesn’t have very many options for techs here, as a matter of fact, they often refer us.

SO here’s the trick. It’s extremely easy to become an Authorized Dealer and buy Generators from Generac, you just need a business and to purchase one Generator. However, Tech support and Warranty is a different story!

In order to get Tech support and have access to the parts website, a person has to have a Tech ID. To get a Tech ID one has to go to a 3-day hands-on Tech class and pass with a 70% or above. Then you have to buy a $1700 parts kit and jump through some registration hoops. But the catch is the 3 day school is in Wisconsin.

We also pay for a yearly membership that allows us to offer 7-year warranties when everyone else just registers the 5-year warranty. But you have to reach out to us PRIOR to an installation in order for us to submit to Generac and qualify so please let us know at the time of estimate.
